The Forge

Every session here has a plan and a purpose. Our coaches guide you through a warm-up, strength or skill work, and a conditioning workout that changes every day. You’ll work with barbells, dumbbells, and bodyweight movements, mixed into formats like intervals, endurance efforts, AMRAPs, and EMOMs. Some days focus on lifting, others on explosive or gymnastics-style movements like pull-ups or controlled tempo work. Every workout can be scaled to your level so you can train safely and still get a great workout. Open gym sessions are also programmed by our coaches, giving you the freedom to train on your own schedule while still following a plan that helps you improve. No matter your experience, you’ll learn, get stronger, and train alongside a community that shows up and supports each other every day.

OUR PROGRAMMING

CLASSES FOR ALL SKILLS

SPARK

A scaled class for anyone new, recovering, or easing back in. Same structure as our main classes with lighter loads, modified movements, and smart intensity to help you build up safely.

BUILD

Focused on strength and muscle development. Slower pace, heavier lifts, and planned progressions using barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells to improve form, control, and total body strength.

IGNITE

Our core class combining strength, cardio, and skill work. Every workout is different, blending lifts, intervals, and endurance training to build power, speed, and overall fitness in a group setting.

FORGED IN FIRE

For experienced athletes ready to test limits. Skilled lifts, advanced movements, and intense workouts built for performance, competition, and pushing capacity in a supportive, driven environment.
