Every program at The Forge is coach-led, scalable, and built around community. New to functional fitness? Ignite is open to all levels โ a Spark (scaled) track is built into every class.
IGNITE
Ignite is The Forge's flagship class and it's open to all levels. Coached functional strength and conditioning with varied workouts using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, bodyweight, rowers, running, and more. Every session includes a Spark track โ scaled movements and smart modifications โ so beginners and experienced athletes train together in the same class.
Spark is how Ignite scales. It's not a separate class โ it's the coached modification layer that lives inside every Ignite session. Your coach scales the weight, the movement, or the intensity based on where you are that day.
Build
Build is a focused strength and muscle program. Progressive, structured, and coach-led. If you want to get stronger and build muscle in a deliberate, methodical way, this is your program.
Forged in Fire
Forged in Fire is for experienced athletes ready for higher skill demands and intensity. This program requires approval from the coaching staff. Not a starting point, a destination.
