IGNITE

Ignite is The Forge's flagship class and it's open to all levels. Coached functional strength and conditioning with varied workouts using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, bodyweight, rowers, running, and more. Every session includes a Spark track โ€” scaled movements and smart modifications โ€” so beginners and experienced athletes train together in the same class.
