Spark

Spark is perfect if you’re new, coming back from an injury, or just taking an easier day. The class follows the same structure as our main sessions with a warm-up, some strength or skill work, and a conditioning piece at the end. The difference is that everything is scaled to your level so you can move safely, learn the basics, and still get a solid workout. You’ll get comfortable with the movements, build strength, and gain confidence while working alongside others who are doing the same.

Ignite

Ignite is the class most people start with and the one our community is built around. It mixes strength, conditioning, and skill work in a fun, coach-led group setting. You’ll lift, row, run, or move through workouts that change every day, using a mix of barbells, dumbbells, and bodyweight movements. Each class starts with a group warm-up, moves into focused strength or skill training, and finishes with a conditioning workout that might be intervals, endurance work, or an AMRAP. Ignite keeps things interesting and pushes you to get a little better every time you show up.

Build

Build is all about getting stronger and building muscle. The pace is slower and more controlled than our conditioning classes, and the focus is on form, technique, and consistency. You’ll work through planned sets and reps using barbells, dumbbells, and bodyweight movements, targeting different muscle groups each week. Build is great for anyone who wants to focus on pure strength, improve lifting technique, or add a little more muscle without worrying about high-intensity cardio.

Forged in Fire

Forged in Fire is for experienced athletes who want to take their training to the next level. These workouts include heavier lifts, more advanced movements, and longer or more intense conditioning pieces that test both strength and endurance. You’ll see Olympic-style lifts, complex bodyweight work, and workouts that challenge your limits in a fun, competitive environment. This class is for members who already have a solid foundation and want to push themselves alongside others who love to train hard.

The Forge is a functional strength and conditioning gym where coached group classes and open gym time help you get stronger, move better, and stay consistent.
