BUILD
Build is a focused strength and muscle program. Progressive, structured, and coach-led. If you want to get stronger and build muscle in a deliberate, methodical way, this is your program. Less conditioning, more iron.
WHO IT'S FOR
Build is for athletes who want to prioritize strength and muscle development. You should have a foundation of movement quality and be ready to commit to progressive loading over time. Athletes who enjoy Ignite but want a more strength-focused track often find a home in Build.
WHAT YOU DO
Build sessions focus on compound strength movements, squats, deadlifts, presses, rows, with structured progressions over weeks and months. Accessory work supports the main lifts. Conditioning is present but secondary. Coaches track your progress and adjust programming based on how you're responding.
YOUR FIRST TIME
Arrive 10-15 minutes early. A coach will assess your movement patterns and establish baseline numbers for your main lifts. You'll learn the session structure and how progressions work. This is a methodical program, your coach will set you up for long-term success from day one.
