ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 years of age or older to submit forms on this website, consent to receive SMS messages, or enter into any agreement with The Forge. By using this website, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Minors may participate in programs only with written parental or guardian consent.

USE OF THIS WEBSITE

This website is provided for informational purposes about The Forge gym and its programs. You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the site.

SMS MESSAGING TERMS

By opting in to receive SMS messages from The Forge, you agree to the following terms:

Types of messages: The Forge may send you the following types of text messages, depending on the consent you provide:

• Transactional messages — booking confirmations, class reminders, responses to your inquiry, and other communications directly related to a service you requested.
• Promotional messages — program announcements, special offers, gym news, and other marketing communications (only if you have separately opted in to promotional messages).

How to stop receiving messages: Reply STOP to any text message at any time to unsubscribe from all SMS communications from The Forge. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. For help, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected].

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to or received from The Forge. Check with your wireless carrier for details on your plan.

Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier and is not guaranteed.

Message frequency: Message frequency may vary based on your activity and the nature of your inquiry or membership. We will not send unsolicited bulk messages.

Consent is not a condition of purchase: You are not required to opt in to SMS messages as a condition of purchasing any service or membership from The Forge.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS

Membership terms, cancellation policies, and class pack terms are provided at the time of enrollment. Month-to-month memberships may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Class packs are non-refundable but are transferable to another member.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Physical exercise involves inherent risks. By participating in classes at The Forge, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all coach instructions and facility rules. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. The Forge is not responsible for injuries that result from failure to follow coach instructions or from pre-existing medical conditions.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ASC Fitness LLC dba The Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or participation in our programs. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
